What is Life Coaching?

To many the term "Life Coaching" may be new.  Some may think, "I don't have any mental health issues and thus, Life Coaching isn't for me!" However, the reality is Life Coaching is not just confined to those suffering from mental health issues but it is for anyone who needs to get "unstuck" from their current life situation. Life Coaching is for anyone who wants to progress and move forward in life.
